I can't say enough good things about the great folks and service at this shop! They always take great care of our vehicles, and are honest and upfront about timing and cost. Whether we've left the car for a day or two for service, returned for a scheduled appointment, or walked in and waited - they've always pulled through for us! Highly recommend. Claude and Mike are the best!

I think they tried to screw me! I took my car to Mulzers because the power steering was leaking. He “wasn’t interested” in the job even though it wasn’t “too bad of a job”. He said it was 4 hrs and the part was $2000. He recommended Tilden’s. I took the car there and asked if they could find a reman part. They said it would be $3200 to do the job! They said the oem part was all that was available and when I said I could wait he gave me excuses about reman parts not being reliable etc. I had looked it up and there are many reman parts with 3 yr warranties! I took the car to J&S in Nk and I got a price of $1700! When I asked if the reman part had a warranty I was told it wasn’t a reman part but was a rebuild kit straight from Infiniti! I can’t explain why Tilden’s didn’t know about the rebuild kit or why they wanted to charge me $3200 for a $2000 part and 4 hours work but it doesn’t appear trustworthy. I didn’t trust them with the job, would you? Go to J&S

I bought new to me car and needed get safety inspection before could get registered (was a block on it inspection ran out months before ) was told everywhere that I needed an appointment which where at least two -three weeks I was driving by here and said why not try one last place. The owner was there heard me talking with front decks and he walked over asked me few question and took me right in no problems at all.

I had a really bad experience with the Tilden in NK. They had my car for 3 weeks. No work was done on my car. The communication was awful. They did not keep me informed what is going on with my car and they kept ducking me around. I finally had to have my car towed out of there with no work done after 3 weeks and having a rental for 3 weeks. Poor service and very disappointing. I w would not recommend this car care service place to anybody. It cost me $1000 for a rental for them not to fix anything.

Very professional! They were honest, respectful and didn’t take advantage of me (as a woman this is always my biggest fear). I will be bringing my daughter’s car there and will recommend them to anyone looking for a car repair shop.

I called for an inspection and explained that I was traveling, and unfortunately would miss the state deadline.The person who answered the phone, was very professional and explained how the state deadlines worked, which put me at ease. He then scheduled me for an appointment after I returned.When I took my car for the inspection, the place was clean, everyone was courteous (even friendly), and they did my inspection in less than an hour.I was very impressed.

This shop has taken great care of my family since we discovered them years and years ago. A couple of examples....When my daughter's car needed new motor mounts we were given a reasonable quote and were prepared to pay it.The invoice was $200 less than the quote. They said it wasn't as labor-intensive as estimated. Who does that?!?Today I dropped off the car for a brake job and was told the parts were already ordered and received. Just on my suspicion that it needed new pads and rotors.That's customer service!
