Working with Rachel was our absolute pleasure! From the moment we reached out to her, she was a wealth of information and support. She started with an intro call which was beyond helpful as first time home buyers - the call (and supportive documents) helped walk us through the entire process. She listened to our needs as a family moving to the RI area and was able to give us good advice and guidance. She was able to set up last minute home showings and was super flexible with her schedule + accommodating to our schedules. When we looked at homes Rachel gave us great information and guidance about neighborhood, honest feedback on homes we were seeing, and great suggestions for projects to increase equity. We will be working with Rachel for all future RI real estate transactions and sending all our friends her way! Thank you Rachel for helping us find our dream first home.

Rhiannon was exactly the agent I needed to buy my first home in a crazy seller’s market. I had been through five other agents that either weren’t responsive enough to get me in to see homes before they sold, or didn’t give me any guidance whatsoever (and as a first-time homebuyer, I needed tons of it!). After several failed offers with other realtors, I connected with Rhiannon. She always responded promptly when I asked to see a property and got me a showing right away. She was knowledgeable about the homes we saw and was willing to find out what was important to the sellers in an offer. She paid attention to my priorities in a home and answered all my questions. And then she got my offer accepted on the house I wanted more than all the rest. I feel so lucky to have been able to work with her.

We met with a lot of different realtors before we found Rachel, and I'm so glad we did. Rachel is truly wonderful. She gave us great advice on making a competitive offer, and we ended up making two offers throughout our home search that were both accepted. We were in shock as everyone tells you that this market is so wild, you should expect to make many offers before having one get accepted. Rachel and Andy did a great job helping us find our home from out of state. They were willing to visit homes and send walkthrough videos multiple times to help us get a feel for the homes/ neighborhoods. The Rachel Jones team treated me great and truly cared about what I wanted when selling my house. She ended up selling my house for almost $25,000 more than what the other Realtors wanted to list my house at even after inspections and repair negotiations.
