They advertise $20 full service online. I called three times to try to ask about their pricing with no response, so I decided to just drive over there. After no one helped me for almost 10 minutes I had to ask for help. Then the worker goes on to say they only have an express detail for $50, even though the website online clearly stated a $20 full service. He said that was over two years old and no one has updated it. I do not know how you run a business without answering phone calls, or having such an outdated website and not even feeling empathy for the customer going all the way out of the way for this pricing just to refuse it on site. Very poor management. Would not recommend.

I was thrilled when I found this establishment on line but that where the joy ended. I submitted a request for an appointment three times on line and no response. So I decided to call to make an appointment. I called 8 different times before anyone answered the phone. I explained what I wanted and the gentleman I spoke to said that what I needed was an express detail, but they did not make appointments for that so it was first come first serve service. He said they opened at 8:30. So I arrived at 8:00 AM. There was no one in the office so I went out back and spoke to another employee who told me that I should have made an appointment and there were already three cars that had appointments that were in front of me. Seriously???

Fast, efficient wash every day. Also - last week I requested an express exterior detail and scheduled a same-day appointment. My car was done ahead of schedule and was perfect.
