Great Team Members at this location. I used them for an inspection when I moved here out of state and this went smoothly. I also recently had the opportunity to purchase or sell my father’s pickup but wanted to do an inspection and fix anything needed first. They did not upsell, said brakes and vehicle is good, so it would be ok if I wanted it for myself or to sell. The process was smooth and they even brought me out to show me areas of the truck I couldn’t see without a lift. Will use them if needed to n the future.

Having a busy and unpredictable schedule is hard to accommodate for myself and it has always been easy here ! Employees have always been pleasant, informative, and helpful with all issues I have had with my Volkswagen. From recommending services needed , getting quotes , and efficiency. Well run and done job all around!

Spee Dee always delivers great service! Years ago, I was a little bit hesitant to first use them for an oil change, thinking that as part of a chain of stores, they may try to "up-charge" and push work that I didn't need, but I've always found them to be honest, courteous and efficient. Since they perform maintenance instantly on a first-come, first-serve basis, they may charge a little bit more than other shops, but the convenience is worth it to me. Josh and the staff are always pleasant to deal with...I recommend them highly!!

RI State Inspection. I did not have an appointment but they accommodated my request and completed the inspection in 1/2 the time they quoted. This SpeeDee Service business has consistently delivered professional, timely and effective service. We also had brakes replaced on a 2013 Kia and that repair was excellent as well. I highly recommend this business for auto repair and inspection.

Inspector pointed out some areas that could use some attention before they get worse. Did not try to sell me anything and did offer his knowledge, time, opinion and services if I needed them to do the work. Stand up people!

These guys are great. I showed up at 8ish for an inspection, guy behind the desk told me there were two people ahead of me, gave me the wifi password. I got a coffee and by the time I got back they were pulling my car in. Got some work done while they inspected my car, was overall about 40 mins. Efficient 10/10 will be back when I need an oil change next.
