My car was very dirty after being parked under a tree for several months. The staff went out of their way to clean it throughly!! It looked great, I'll be back!!!

Worst car wash ever . Always broken or being serviced and they close on posted buiseness days went several times wasnt able to get wash once . Would not provide refund. Asked to cancel and they agreed but continued to charge me.$40 a month id expect MUCH better.

Good job cleaning the car but there system damaged my car when I was going through it and the workers didn't help us pull in the greatest.

When they are open everything works out just fine. I've been a member for the last 2 years for 2 of my cars. I try and wash both my cars at least once a week, especially in the winter. Unfortunately golden nozzle is the only car wash within a 8 mile radius of my house. I don't know what's going on over there but over the past 3 months I've driven there to get a wash between 830 and 11 and 7-8 times they've been closed. I'd get it if it was one or two but it's been easily 7. Get it together golden nozzle!!!!! Even today they were closed because it was frozen? Is the building not heated?! That's absolutely ridiculous to be in this geographical region and be closed for freezing. 2/16/24- closed again 3:10PM. No sign. #9

I have been using this wash frequently as I live close to the wash. It has always left soap on my vehicle and just recently ripped the trim off my vehicle. I filed a report with them and they reviewed the footage and seen the incident happen and proceeded to say they were not responsible for this damage their wash caused to my vehicle. I was a loyal customer but I will never use this wash again and don't recommend it to anyone who likes their vehicle to be washed properly and not damaged.

I have never been so embarrassed as I was today by Shawn Mega, supposed District Manager (DM) Today I went for my normal car wash and showed the attendant my wash membership sticker. The supposed DM states they can't wash my car because the sticker is not on the windshield. I reply, "I have been here multiple times, with no problems, just showing my membership sticker." He rudely replies, "do you see the guys who worked here before, the sticker needs to be on the car." I refuse to put any stickers on my brand new car, especially one advertising a business! I ask him to show me the policy staing such regulations. He refuses and notes he is the District Manager and can refuse service. Oh really! Then he attempts to take my membership and cancel it. I tell him, I will report this and cancel my membership myself. He then forces me to back out, while there is a car behind me! He was extremely rude and condesending. I have emailed their customer service and will be cancelling my membership. Sadly, one person on a power trip can cause a lost of good customers.

Great deal on the unlimited car wash and great service! I never go without bringing the grandkids, they love seeing the manager John, he makes the whole experience feel personal. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! Went to the car wash with my fiancé yesterday morning and had our 2 dogs in the car with us. The pompous “manager” was there. We’ve had a monthly membership for a couple of years now and always deal with him or the other guy who is super friendly. Usually we don’t have a problem, he always seems to have a sarcastic tone but usually just something we brush off. This morning he tried to give our dogs a treat and was knocking on the window holding the treat. My fiancé shook his finger no, as apparently this wasn’t the first time my fiancé had already told him no before about giving the dogs treats. (We have a Belgian Malinois and a pit mix and they tend to fight over treats, so we do not give them treats unless they are at home and separated). The guy then became upset that we weren’t taking the treat and not lowering the window, mind you he had already sprayed the car. My fiancé finally rolled the window down a bit and told him he already told him before no and told him it’s a car wash, we aren’t there for dog treats. The guy started getting more upset and hostile, yelling at us that it’s a car wash where families and pets come and arguing about us not taking the dog treat. He offered a dog treat, we declined, that should be the end of it. If he really is the manager, by what that stupid Space Jam sign says, then they really need to reconsider who they hire for management.
