Cruz scammed me with my vehicle back in February took him a month & half to find the issue with my car & charged me an arm & leg on top of that. I recently took it back there because It is closer to where I live & he only wanted cash for the supposed service I needed (which was a lie) & wanted to charge me $420 of labor. Cruz is unprofessional & dishonest. He only wanted cash even tho I know they accept debit & credit cards. When I refused the work on my car because he couldn't give me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car. He then charge me $80 for a diagnosis that was inaccurate! He never showed me proof of a breakdown of what is actually going on with my car. He is taking advantage of people especially women! Do not waste your time or money! Do not go here!

If you go to the shop you going to want to deal with Sebastian. The banner on their garage has a phone number on it which is Sebastian's personal number text or give him a call during business hours to get the best results.

I brought my car here to get an oil change I brought everything they needed the oil, oil filter and crush ring I noticed my car leaking oil after so I brought it somewhere to have it checked and the car was leaking oil out of it because the drain plug wasn’t screwed on properly. They also didn’t use the new crush ring I gave them they gave it back to me and said they used the old one which I didn’t know at the time but you’re always supposed to use a new one. I ended up having to buy all new oil because literally all the oil leaked out. When I called to tell them what happened they told me they didn’t believe me and only offered for me to bring the car back so he could look at it but it was already fixed as you can’t drive a car with no oil so there’s nothing to look at. This is a photo after I pulled the car forward. I wouldn’t recommend getting an oil change here to anyone.

I called to book a vehicle inspection and they were able to take me the same day! 30 minutes and a minor repair later, I was out of there. Marvin was a total professional. Swift, fair, and efficient, absolutely my new go-to.

Never bothered to call with diagnosis and on a holiday weekend this was unacceptable. Thought it was okay to leave the car in a bay for a holiday weekend with absolutely no correspondence with me. Won’t be going back!!!! Not concerned about the customer. It’s truly unfortunate that the local garage does not care
