Always helpful and there are more employees there than at Home Depot. I feel like I'm always looking for one at Home Depot. I like Lowe's better I feel like they are nicer to women as well.

I ordered a new grill, to be assembled, and paid $79 for delivery. This store delivered a rusted grill covered in pollen, and made me jump through hoops for a refund. I was told the delivery fee would be refunded, but it hasn't been. I spent an hour on the phone with Lowes corporate who won't make an exception. All because the people in this store couldn't deliver me what I paid for. And now they won't answer the store phone. Utterly ridiculous customer service.

So a couple of months ago I bought a Samsung dryer into my surprise it was delivered just a couple days later I was so impressed with the punctuality especially how things have been going. However when the delivery guys came to my house they destroyed two of my door frames and scraped up all the walls heading into my basement because one gentleman stayed out in the parking lot smoking listening to music and the other one never took the packaging off the dryer and forced it through the doorway had he unpacked the dryer and took care of all the packaging as he was supposed to he would not have destroyed my new door frames and cracked the front door frame the reason for my concern I've called Lowe's on four different occasions now and nothing has been resolved at all the last call I was informed this was the first time that a claim was even put in the notes I don't know what it takes to get the higher up to pay attention to this matter but maybe if I put enough reviews online somebody will actually have the decency to handle the situation

This store seems to be going downhill fast. Many items with the wrong prices. Website that shows items in stock when they are clearly not and finally quality of items is terrible. Recently bought an outlet that I can't imagine would be anything more than a fire hazard. The screws weren't threaded correctly and the metal was so weak it completely bent and twisted I.e. junk. Today went it to buy a faucet, website states 2 in stock, none in the aisle or anywhere to be found. Bought a chandelier mount. The shelf says 5.98, rings up as 8.18. Went back to the shelf and the item numbers are a complete mess, nothing corresponds to the items and my item wasn't anywhere to be found aside from fully stocked with the wrong price. Went to customer service and they mentioned 'inventory issues' but did honor the cheaper price. I'm certain this is a result of poor management, cost cutting in supply chain etc, but if Lowe's can do 2 of the most important things are store offers (stocking items and pricing them correctly), I see a grim future for the company.

I usually come here for a quick in and out transactions. However today was unusual and I was actually discriminated against. I was looking at plants and since they bunch everything together I took my time searching. Upon leaving after my PURCHASE I caught eye with an employee who I assumed was talking to another employee, i found out his name is John ( gray hair older man in his late 50's, Caucasian Bolted out the exit right after me and RIPPED my bag open. I was confused as I just saw him talking to another employee just moments before he was right behind me. Not only did he target me but he wrongly accused me of taking merchandise. He didn't know how to handle to handle the situation and clearly needs training. I tried calling about the situation and they employees seem sympathetic but I know it was just them pretending to be concerned. There was no resolution on their part. This is actually a real issue and they need training before they get handed a lawsuit.

I went to Lowes in Cranston ,on 5/28/22 an ordered a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. The associate informed us that the dishwasher and refrigerator could be delivered on Tuesday 5/31/22 or we could wait till 6/1/22 and have it all delivered at once, great we will have everything delivered on 6/1/22. This did NOT happen the refrigerator and dishwasher was delivered....her it is 6/6/22 still no stove, finally delivered and they did not bring the hook ups with it and stated we will have to wait for the next delivery. I have been inconvenienced since 6/1/22 and unable to cook. NO ONE calls you back, not the manager nor the district manager....this is unacceptable customer service. The associates don't know squat about the merchandise nor customer service. And NO ONE has called us, this place is not worth the savings nor the drive....will shop small business' from now on....YOU SUCK!

Coming here is always a very specific trip for me....I am a houseplant hoarder. I haven't come here for much else but am always very impressed with their selection. I can find uncommon plants (like a philodendron atom and philodendron micans) while other box stores tot the same usuals. I also love that Lowe's is one of the few black-owned Fortune 500 companies (but wish the list could include more, obviously).

Stay away from the employee/manager named Theodora. She is useless. No one called me all day about my delivery supposed to arrive between 12-4pm. I called the store several times that told me to call XPO who were no help and couldn't give me an estimate but guaranteed it would be delivered today. At 628pm the driver Noel said he was 10 minutes away (I was told I would get a 30min heads up). I told him my tenants were on the way home, they were less than 10min away. At 630 he calls me saying he's at the house, asking if he can deliver tomorrow because he has 6 more deliveries today. I tell him no because I was already driving there to make sure it was replaced and I live an hour away, the tenants would be there in a few minutes. 5 minutes after, my tenants tell me they arrived and saw the stairs in my house, went to the truck and claimed the fridge was damaged, which it was. They said I would have to have a new one delivered tomorrow. I find it hard to believe that all happened in a few minutes considering he was peer pressuring me to let him deliver another day. I'm not accusing the driver of damaging the fridge but he was certainly being dishonest. This was the only fridge in stock at the store and my tenants have not been able to keep their food cold for days now. The drivers did not call me at all to tell me about their delays. I had to call him back and could tell he was lying about the sequence of events. He was pressuring me to allow him to deliver it tomorrow when he arrived so he could get to the other orders and then in a matter of less than 10minutes claimed the product was damaged and left without consulting me. I called Lowes, spoke to someone who hung up on me, called back and spoke to Theodora who was no help. Couldn't tell me how to find my order, cancel, modify it or anything. Told me XPO is a third party and I have to reach out to them to get ANY info on my fridge. I paid LOWES to deliver and install my appliance not XPO. XPO is a subcontractor of Lowes and thus Lowes should have some control over the company they hire to deliver/install their items. Theodora claimed to be the manager and the only one in the store except she couldn't even give me some basic info. Worst experience ever, and I don't know what kind of person would hire someone who doesn't even introduce themselves when answering the phone. I had to ask her three times for her name or threatened to come to the store myself to find out. Drove an hour back to my house and still no email or follow up from Lowes to even tell me my delivery is delayed or if I want to reschedule. Even worse, as I was about to call XPO, they called me and a girl asked if the fridge was delivered. This is well after 7pm. I told her was not delivered and I wanted to file a complaint about the driver, she told me she had to look into where the driver/truck was and get in touch with her manager before speaking to me and getting my complaint. 8pm, still no call back from the girl so I call XPO. A guy answers and says the fridge is back with Lowes and I have to call them to find out when they can deliver a new one. I said that's fine but I'd still like to file a formal complaint about the driver who lied to me and didn't communicate at all. This guy says I have to talk to Lowes, I said no because the driver works for XPO so I'd like to talk to a manager who supervises the driver or similar. Still says no, cutting me off and being condescending. So I ask him "Sir what is your name?" for my records obviously. The guy hangs up on me! Been hung up on by 5 people that work for Lowes and XPO. Terrible service and night and I still can't figure out how to cancel my order. Safe to say I will never step foot in a LOWES again

If it was possible to give a ZERO I would this place is empty no one's working every aisle you go down is an absolute mess and you cannot get your car through the entire aisle how about you guys stop walking around and clean your store this is by far the messiest Lowe's I have ever seen

I'm usually fine with this location, but today it's a TOTAL mess. There is literally stuff EVERYWHERE. Aisles are blocked off, carts and palettes of junk in every single aisle--it's just trashed. There seems to be a normal amount of staff, so I don't know what's up or if it's COVID related, but it was disappointing.

Disappointment after disappointment!! I bought a $3k Samsung refrigerator and it has been nothing but problems for months. First the Warwick location lost my order and sent me to another location in Cranston (garfield ave) and charged me for another refrigerator witch put a hold on my credit card. So after waiting for my new later delivery date it finally came in and while the delivery men opened it my freezer door was all smashed in. So Lowes in Cranston decided to send me a new face front for my freezer (witch never got shipped out I had to pick it up from the location). A week or so later I realized I am loosing all my food, so after investigating the situation, comes to find out they forgot to send me a gasket for my new freezer door. So not only did my credit card get frozen due to suspicious activity but I waited weeks for the new delivery date, the replacement door never got shipped with made me pick it up from the location and install it myself, then I lost all my food in my freezer and my fridge has been running non stop trying to keep it cold running up my electricity bill. This experience has been nothing but disastrous! Talk about down and out, I will be 100% taking my business else where!!!

Place an order online. Recieved an email that it was ready. I went to pick up the order AND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE IT & did not call back. I called again & was told it was on a high shelf & they would leave a message. I came again on another day to pick it up.....AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED! Then finally I was able to have someone pick it up & apparently my payment was declined. I never received & email saying it was declined & I was actually charged. Thats ALMOST $900 GONE & THEY CANT EXPLAIN OR ANSWER THE PHONE. I called the corporate office & they also saw the payment went through. Corporate also called & of course......no one picked up. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for a f****** response. UNBELIEVABLE!
