Shout out to Marie. I got tiny little veins and anytime I need blood drawn I get poked 2 or 3 times. Marie did it 1 time, no problem, I didn't even feel the needle. 10/10 go see Marie, she's magic.

I have been here multiple times now for different bloodwork. Marie, the phlebotomist is outstanding. She’s the best I’ve ever had. She is extremely skilled, kind, And professional. I don’t like to ever go anywhere else. The office is clean and timely .

Horrible experience of miserable employees complaining about their jobs at the window of.a full waiting room. Once again privacy is a concern. Not only is the sign in process not private, taking a number putting your first initial and entire last name plus take a number.. I refuse to write my last name.
I go" to the window and first thing the technician says is *which address are we usi"ng and bolding says both of them out loud". I leaned in & respectfully requested my privacy be respected and to talk softer. She pleasantly did.
So then I not get called for my lab work to be done.
I asked the tech simply what lipase is as it was on my lab sheet She said boldly that she was not permitted to discuss it as she was not a doctor
I told her I just wanted to know the part of the body it was from.
I said you re a lab tech correct? She said yes. She spoke stern and no smile, very sarcasticly. SHE SAID "REPORT ME".

Service was courteous and prompt as usual when I visit and many times there was little or no wait at all

They lost my lab somehow and acted like I never even went in there. Never thought to update me or my doctor despite repeated attempts from both of us to try and contact them. Somehow they are ALWAYS closed despite being listed as open everytime i try to go in person.

I went to this lab for blood work today. Only one women working today. Stated she had been working there for more than 5 years. She was quick, knowledgeable, and very personable. The whole process could not have taken 10 minutes. I highly recommend this lab.

This location does not adhere to hours of operation. The staff is blah. Very transactional. Need to have way more and better communication.

Receptionist had his mask pulled down.When l told him politely that l could not come to his desk because he did not have his mask on he pulled it up still revealing his mouth and nose.This man should not be working in a health care facility,When l asked for his name he asked me in a rude tone What is your problem.?

Was I lucky. The new phlebotomist is even better. Practically painless. Her chairside manner is great. Personable. Polite. I'm feel very fortunate to have a lab to go to that is convenient. I'm very comfortable here. Best part no pain and almost no bruising.
