From the beginning, I knew I was in the best hands with Whitney! After getting engaged, I was so back and forth on what I wanted with my wedding flowers and the color palette I had wanted. Whitney took so much time with me and really listened and helped me with my ideas throughout the entire process. She is incredibly communicative and easy to work with. On the day of my wedding when I saw my flowers come into the room, I was practically in tears. They were EVERYTHING I envisioned. Our florals brought everything together. If you’re thinking about working with Whitney, do not hesitate. She is so talented, lovely to work with, and will make your dreams come true. I can’t speak enough praise. Thank you so much Whitney!

I used Whitney as my florist for my wedding on 11/11/23. She was excellent! I used silk flowers in my ceremony, but you never would have noticed the difference! Her bouquet designs are gorgeous and she does a great job communicating with clients throughout the process. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much!

Whitney was so wonderful to work with. She took my ideas and color scheme and ran with it. Our flowers were absolutely stunning! I cannot get over the colors and how beautiful it all looked. WR Designs and Decor was a dream to work with, Whitney was super responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, the rentals we used were perfect, and having the option for them to pick up everything made the post wedding crazy so easy. Plus the option to use silk, real, or a mix was perfect. We did real for bouquets and then a mix for the arbor.

Whitney was so amazing to work with. She really helped ease the wedding planning stress for us! She was so creative, helpful, responsive, and so beautifully brought everything to life. We took advantage of the rentals that Whitney had available such as faux garland, lanterns, gold votives, and stunning bud vases. We loved it all. Renting made the “after wedding stress” so much easier on us. We did mostly fresh flowers but we opted for silk flowers for our arch pieces. The silk flowers were just as beautiful as the fresh and looked so realistic.I am still in awe of how beautiful everything looked. I’ll never forget seeing my bouquet for the first time. My husband and I were so happy to have worked with Whitney! She totally got my ambiguous theme of “light and airy California coastal” and helped make all my visions for our ceremony, reception and bouquets come true. One of the things we loved about working with Whitney was that she works with both fresh and silk real touch florals. It was great for us to know that we could use silk flowers for things like the swags on our arbor and the greenery on our welcome sign and then focus more on our bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces with fresh florals. Whitney was also very accommodating with my last minute requests like adding a boutonniere for my brother and then our reception table count decreasing after we got our final guest count. Whatever I may have forgotten, or needed to update her on closer to the wedding, Whitney was very responsive and amazing to work with! I’m so happy we chose her as our florist and everything came out beautifully! Thank you so much Whitney!

I hired Whitney for my wedding in August 2023. She was awesome! Attentive, timely, and easy to work with. I received so many compliments on my florals. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing!

Whitney did an incredible job with our wedding! We opted for artificial flowers and they were beautiful and high quality, including some “real touch” silk florals too! All of our guests raves about them. Whitney was a breeze to work with from beginning to end, and helped bring what I was envisioning to life.

Whitney did such an amazing job with our flower arrangements as part of our Newport wedding! We are truly appreciative of all of her hard work and incredible talent. The flower arrangements, centerpieces, arbor and bouquets came out stunning! We even love how she was even able to include a few live (pet safe) flowers into the dog collar, so our pup looked adorable and stole the show as a result. The flowers are still thriving and decorating our home a week later, especially the hydrangeas which I was worried would be the first to wilt in the summer heat. Words cannot express our gratitude in helping to make the day beautiful, capturing our vision for the colors and styles, and being so kind and easy to work with. Whitney was great with communication and organization as well, and we look forward to working together again in the future.

We used Whitney’s services for our wedding and we cannot recommend her enough! At our initial call I really didn’t know what I wanted, but she walked me through it, being mindful of my budget. Throughout working with her we made many changes and she was receptive to each one. She was accessible through our entire engagement and made the process so simple and stress free. When she sent me a sneak peek before picking up, there was a minor change I wanted made and she did it very quickly and the flowers looked perfect!! I got so many compliments on my wedding day on my flowers and the hanging arrangements she did. She also packaged them super carefully for transport and helped load them into our car. I cannot recommend Whitney enough! She knows what she is doing and her skill is impeccable!

Whitney at WR Design was amazing to work with for my wedding! As a very indecisive bride, she was patient with me and helped me envision the flowers i wanted for my big day. She was very responsive and organized - i loved the portal she used so i could see and read everything we talked about throughout the planning process. The flowers came out absolutely gorgeous! I am so happy i went with WR Design. A true professional at what she does!

This Mother’s Day I received the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever gotten! Anyone looking for a florist in Rhode Island needs to reach out to Whitney.The flowers she does for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day are spectacular. I just can’t say enough how much I love her work. She also offers floral subscriptions, wreaths, classes and special events (weddings, showers, parties, etc).Skip the online overpriced florals and support someone local!

WOW WOW WOW!! I randomly found Whitney on a site with flowers that I loved. When I contacted her, we went though what I envisioned and she literally brought my dreams to life. They were everything and more than I expected and so incredibly beautiful! Thank you so much for having such a passion and being a shinning light on my big day. Whitney is amazing at what she does! From start to finish she was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding florist. She is kind, creative, and incredibly accommodating as i had a hard time deciding exactly what i wanted. Our wedding florals turned out as exactly as I had imagined, she will be my go-to for any events from now on!

I knew immediately that I wanted faux flowers and found Whitney’s designs to be beautiful & look real. She is a fantastic communicator and was helpful throughout the whole process with listening to my concerns and what our vision was despite it changing a many times. She is a very chill and professional person who was great to work with. I loved all of our centerpieces and bouquets! And the best part is that we get to keep them.
