Amazing store in lower hope st bristol RI. Nice selection of gifts, and upscale women's clothing. It appears they have been here a while and know their stuff. Definitely a labor of love for the owner and the employees. I was able to get some intresting Christmas gifts for my daughter and granddaughter at this store.

This was first time in the shop. It is small and cozy and contains many beautiful items and gifts, but I refuse to purchase anything from a small business where the employees are unable take two seconds to acknowledge your presence when you walk in. I find that incredibly rude and insulting. It was very obvious that I had entered the store. I did a full lap yet no one gave me the time of day. The women working did proceed to be quite friendly and say hello to other patrons who entered after me with whom they seemed to be familiar with. I’m sorry but the vibe in there just rubbed me the wrong way and I did not feel welcome.

Cute shop with pleasant staff. They have a number of bath products, soaps, dishes, home decor items (for example, centerpieces) and some clothing items like scarves and ponchos. They also have a case of jewelry. I didn't see anything I particularly had to have and the prices were rather steep. Cute place to browse but note that the shop is very small so even with just myself and two staff members in the store it was very hard to social distance. Will definitely stop in again, however. Maybe when their inventory changes over I'll find something more to my taste.

Great little store packed with quality merchandise. There is everything from Fine Chocolate to Silk Scarves , Jewelry and unique items for your home.The employees are always pleasant and happy to help you with your selections. If you haven't been to Kate and Company yet make sure that you stop in. You will be glad you did.

Great inventory; rude staff. I recently went in here looking for a small Easter basket gift for my son and some Easter accessories for myself and the staff simply stared and smirked at me when I walked in and went back to gossiping around the front counter. When several other customers walked in they greeted them warmly and told them about their new inventory. While I don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out, as a potential paying customer I do expect to be greeted and not ignored. Additionally, the staff was gossiping around the counter that had a lot of cute looking accessories and it was quite the deterrent to staying. I left without purchasing the items I had picked out.
