The worst customer service I have ever received in store, online and via email. "The service" just get worse and worse and more and more ridiculous on every single level of management. I made a complaint about some really rude treatment from a saleswoman TOWARDS my 7 YEAR OLD at the Westmount QC location. I complained about it by email and there was no response whatsoever. I then called and was told I should be "the bigger person" because perhaps she was having a bad day. I pointed out that she was doing so on company time in company pay. Even asking about it on chat window with the company to follow up the woman rudely closed the chat. This is when I have been spending money at this company online and in stores for YEARS. So many other companies that sell clothes for kids have better service like GAP for instance or Amazon, at least I have never witnessed them hazing seven year olds.
