Great experience! I had a fragile bracelet that needed repairs, and they were honest about it likely breaking again with frequent wear. Despite this, I decided to go ahead, and they did a fantastic job. The price was fair, and I'm a happy customer. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a terrible experience at this store. As soon as you enter the inside entrance door there is an expected step and I tripped on the step and went flying. I screamed Help Me and only then did the owner reach out. He never voiced one word of concern for my health or well being. It is quite obvious from my physical appearance that I have cancer. And as it turned out the strain of twisting my body resulted in a rib fracture. I left 2 watches there to have the batteries changed although I hesitated bc I was so frazzled from the trauma and I didn't want to go back to the store . The next day I regretted leaving my watches there as I felt I had been mistreated. So I called and the owner reacted to my changing my mind about having my watches repaired at this store, by screaming at me He called me a liar when I told him why I was upset. In the end he did not charge me as I hadn't paid but said he would give me the batteries bc they were already installed. However the watches are now broken, they stopped running almost immediately. I went to another jeweller and they said the batteries are okay. So I suspect bc the owner was so angry with me he played with the watches so they no longer work.

I had a great experience picking out an engagement ring. Eric was very helpful and professional, guiding me through the process and being transparent about everything. Unlike some other jewelers I visited, the owner actually took the time to get to know me, and ask about my partner. I'm so happy with the ring, it's stunning. I can't wait for my girlfriend to see it as well.

Excellent customer service. After reading greats reviews about this place I decided to bring my silver curb chain for repair. The chain lock was damaged and the owner fixed it in front of me without seconds. I guess because it was such an easy fix ( for professionals... ), the man didn't ask for any money transaction.
I will definitely go to that place if I need to and will recommand it to all my friends. This kind of customer service is becoming extinct, I am so glad I found this place.
