My first time into the store I went to inquire about the process of refilling ink cartridges. I was met by Allan and he explained the whole process and what to look for as not all cartridges are refillable. He was so informative and transparent. I returned with my empty cartridges and he was honest enough to advise that they were too old to refill and a waste of money. So I purchased only black ink as this is what he recommend for my home office and at a fraction of the price of other big box stores. Personalized, transparent and informative service.
