Tried to shop here for the first time today as store says it’s open until 9, yet I arrived at 8 and the staff had already left. Came all the way over for nothing.

Owner forgot to setup the U-Haul for 24/7 self pickup and did not show up to open the place the next morning, as a result I was not able to pickup my U-Haul reservation, but had to pay 200$ per hour to my movers who were waiting on the truck.

Does not respect the published opening hours, disgusting place and difficult to be served in French. unfortunately it is the Canada post drop-off point (nice association....)
