For my part and for this experience, I admit to having been very disappointed with the service and I would give 0.5/10.....First, during the call, the man simply laughed at what I was coming. Blatant lack of respect, especially from a person whose job is to help people in trouble, then, he immediately told me "It will be $125"....Following this call, I did business with my roadside assistance company, the lady called your towing company, after which she came back to me and told me that they would not come to help me since the place where I was was not cleared of snow , which was completely false. So, it is certain that I cannot be satisfied with the service this time, I was even very angry. So !
