Be careful when you go to change your tires! My 4 mags were scratched quite hollow, in the 4 places where the clips of the machine to rhyme the tires. They denied everything, saying that it was not their fault and that I had not seen the defects before coming to take my wheels to the garage. I am someone who is extremely careful about my things and I was very angry. They didn't even throw them away and charged me the full amount. No compensation. Very ordinary service, seeming like they don't care at all... I don't recommend going there.

I called L'ouverture to see if they had room for a puncture repair. The person who answered me was very understanding and put me between two jobs. When I arrived, an attendant immediately asked me to bring my vehicle inside. All three mechanics I spoke to were very nice. My wait time for a last minute appointment was reasonable and price wise they are within it.
I even followed a conversation between another attendant and a customer. I can tell you that he was very professional and he offered several solutions to the client to allow him to make an informed choice. I recommend this workshop.

Good service in general. The reception manager was very kind and professional. There was a small waiting room where I could sit while waiting for my car. I went there to change tires.

They damaged my vehicle during a CAA tow and refused to really admit it, a big lack of professionalism on their part, go elsewhere is the best advice I can give you
