My son bought Apple headphones at Videotron Sainte-Julie. Less than 24 hours after the purchase, he returns to exchange them, because they are defective. At first, Videotron does not want to exchange them and they tell him to go and have them repaired at an Apple dealer. Luckily I was with him, I had to insist a few times that he exchange them, which they did. So be advised that if you buy an electronic device from Videotron and it turns out to be defective, it is not guaranteed that they will want to exchange it for you.
