So bad customer service today (12-23-10). The girl who was at the counter the whole time was watching videos on her cell phone, no smile, looking stupid as hell. I asked two questions and seemed to bother her...for a $500 belt kit, I expect a different kind of customer service. It was my first and last time, I do not recommend this place in any way.

Very good service. I had a problem with an item of clothing I bought, they were exchanged for me and the new pants are perfect so far! DMS knows how to take care of its customers and is close to their hearts. I recommend.
