I went to have a vehicle inspected and I understand that the car was not in very good condition but I do not understand why the step which supported my weight very well is almost completely torn off and is missing a plastic covering the back end... no one told me about it and they acted like nothing happened. They didn't want to finish the inspection because there was too much for them to check but I still had to pay for a full inspection while they looked at the car for about 15 minutes. In 15 minutes they damaged the condition of the running board and a few other small parts and all without doing the work for which they were paid... very disappointed to pay to come back with a vehicle in worse condition than when I arrival and an incomplete inspection.

Great service and seriously, I don't like changing mechanics for my cars. I am new to the area and was referred to it by a friend. I would return without any hesitation. The mechanic loves what he does and stays up to date by attending training regularly. My Chevy Volt is in good hands. Not to mention the owners who are really friendly and welcoming ? Very nice family business and I recommend it 110%!?
