Sofa delivered without the legs... Paid for interior delivery, a big 3 minutes and work dust, the delivery people do not even unpack the sofa and deliver a sofa with the legs missing... First experience at Meuble RD and most likely the last.
UPDATE: In addition to having to take photos to show them that I have indeed not received the sofa legs, I have to wait 2 months before receiving them... Our goal is to correct the situation as quickly as possible that the guy answered...
2nd update: After initiating mediation procedures with the OPC, I finally received my paws within an acceptable time frame and received financial compensation. Still a shame to have had to take steps with the OPC to get everything sorted out...

Terrible experience. I bought a bunk bed which came in four separate boxes, one of the boxes delivered was the wrong color. I reported this the very next day and had to wait for a week for them to acknowledge my problem (evem after going to the store, sending an email to their support team, calling them and reaching them over facebook for them to even start looking at their error), and then nothing happened. I don't know when they plan to rectify my problem, I have told them I can go to their warehouse to make the exchange since I needed the bed urgently, however they replied that they are still trying to find out what happened, It has been more than two weeks since they delivered the wrong furniture piece and still no news on when I will get the furniture I paid for. I told them if they cannot rectify or at least offer me a resolution date I would prefer to return it so I can buy it somewhere else, they say their sales are final, I guess even when they sell you something and then don't provide the goods their no refund policy stands, which to me says a lot about how they care about their customers.

J’ai acheté 5 morceaux électroménagers chez RD. Les services tellement mauvais. Livraison intérieur pas de installation. J’ai payé 59.95$ pour demander faire ça.J’ai appelé le magasin aujourd’hui le vendeur Alexandre il m’a dit non. Car avant payé on à déjà confirmé parler ça. Je veux jamais acheter des choses chez RD. Merci mon Dieu.

Never buy there. The furniture I ordered was "Oak Grey" and the furniture I received is black. RD Furniture refuses to reimburse and offers me a credit of only 40% because they say they have depreciation on the furniture!
The piece of furniture that is black instead of gray becomes MY mistake?
