I received my bedroom furniture this morning, it's simply magnificent, I love it.
Delivery was made on time with a very friendly and professional team. And of course they agreed to put the felt protections under the furniture.
My experience with Mobilia was very satisfactory, without forgetting the kindness and valuable advice of my sales advisor.

Please avoid this company !! They have the worse customer service ever . We bough a bedroom set couple of months back the bed was from mobilia liquidation and the dresser was new . When we received the order the bed was damaged compared to the item we bought at the store . We have pictures that we took the day we visited the store . We also have a disclaimer form clearly stating the the headboard had no scratched or damages . We contacted them by phone and they said that they can’t send a replacement and that they can only refund through a store credit . When we asked to speak to a manager they refused and we got an email from a « rude » supervisor stating that they can’t do anything about this issue other than the options they offered . Do not trust the reply you see in all comments about the marketing email adress. We contacted this email multiple times with no response so this is just a strategy to make people reading the reviews believe that the issues are handeled privetely. My experience was so bad and frustrating !! A waste of time and money . I am now stuck with the dresser and the nightstands but the bed is damaged. So the set is ruined

Bad customer service, the items we bought were discounted the day after we picked up the material at their store. For all the items, that amount to over 100$ difference. We called them 7 days later when we saw this deal to get a credit for the difference or we would return the goods (the boxes were not opened).
They refused to offer a discount and even say they do not accept any return which is surprising as the boxes were not even open. I'm not even sure this is tolerated by the Office de la protection du consommateur.
Stay away or deal with them at your own risks. Nice products, but terrible after sales customer service.

There is no service at this store. The sellers ignore you and when I went to pick up my painting they demanded that I sign the document certifying that I am completely satisfied with it BEFORE they went to pick up my painting from the back. Which I obviously didn't do and the saleswoman didn't like it. Isn't that illegal? In addition, this saleswoman told me to join her in the back, no way she would move with her arms full to me with my painting it would be too much effort... it's up to me to go at the back store. 3 years after purchasing my bed base, I lost some parts in my move. Romina at the after-sales service found and shipped the missing parts quickly, free of charge, without problem, despite the model having been discontinued... 11/10 for the after-sales service! Thanks Romina!

We bought a couch and two ottomans. I have nothing to say about the product at the moment.
On the other hand, the delivery service and after-sales service is terrible.
During the scheduled delivery, I received only the two beanbags. I had already sold my old furniture at a discount to make room for the new couch. I waited a week for the couch. A week with only beanbags. Because of this, I had to miss two days of work to wait for my delivery.
The saleswoman offered to reimburse me for the delivery and offer us white glove service for the second delivery. During the second delivery, the delivery person was not aware so we did not receive this service.
It's complicated to reach someone in customer service. Once I succeeded, the person told me that to err is human and that it's not like I had to wait months. After a few minutes of repeating the same sentences to me, she only says that she has to go to a meeting but that if I'm not happy she will call me back in 30 minutes. I never got a return call. I understand that to err is human, but when you make a mistake it is normal to take responsibility for it. I expected greater compensation than the $114 delivery fee for the inconvenience as I lost more than that amount (two days of work and sale of my furniture at big discounts).
I find the furniture at Mobilia very beautiful, I would have liked to buy more (I plan to refurnish my kitchen soon) but the after-sales service does not make me want to buy again or recommend this place.

I strongly suggest not buying until it's on special since it doesn't adjust the price even if you haven't received anything yet. So they have our stock in their warehouse, nothing delivered and despite a 15% special which could make a big difference on our bill, they do not want to adjust the price. Most other places, they are able to service customers by offering a price adjustment up to 30 days after purchase, even if it was delivered within days of purchase. In short, a big name Mobilia, nice stock, but customer service/after sales/customer satisfaction, you have to be careful.

We purchased stools on June 8th and collected them on June 18th. The next day, June 19, we saw a promotion via the newsletter related to the items we purchased (15% discount).
The stools were still in their box, wrapped. We offered to return them and buy them again, in order to get the 15% discount, but the staff refused.
We find it a shame that Mobilia does not offer a price match policy like its competitors. By waiting 11 more days, we would have saved about a hundred dollars on this order…

Me and my partner visited Mobilia for a table. During our visit, the saleswoman informed us that the delivery fee for the table was $60. Not being sure of our choice, we decided to wait 1 week. On our second visit we decided to purchase our table. This time the saleswoman informed us that delivery was now $100. When we explained to the seller that the previous week the costs were lower, we were told that she would have adjusted the costs only if we had been given a quote. No one offered to give us a quote during our first visit. Why charge so many delivery costs for a $1200 table? Secondly we bought 4 chairs, when opening the box we tried them. After 15 minutes one of the chairs cracked. 2 weeks later, another one failed. For now the chairs are still holding…but for how long?

I bought a nightstand worth 900 plus tax. The saleswoman Kimberley sold me this table which has a built-in charger. This suited us; we wanted to use this little piece of furniture to charge our electronic devices and thus avoid wires. I asked her can I charge my IPAD watch and she tells me yes you just have to drop it off. I tested and called the company that manufactures the furniture and they confirmed to me that this furniture only charges cell phones. In addition, if we do not have a magnetic shell, this is our case, we have to remove the shell each time. What a lack of judgment on his part instead of finding out how the technology works.
