Recently I went there twice.
The first time there were about 5 employees behind the counter and everyone was chatting between them. No greetings from employees. I was looking for a size of jeans next to them and no one bothered to offer help.
I went to the fitting room and there was no one there so I allowed myself in anyway.
2nd time: same thing, no greeting upon entering, no help (I was dressed from head to toe in Ardene) I am a good customer but no importance in helping me. I went to the cabins, once again there was no one to assign me a cabin. Arrived at the checkout, no indication where I should go, it seemed unclear between the 2 girls who would process my purchase.
Once I got home, the cashier had not removed the tag which should ring in the event of theft. I had to go back and have it removed.
Very disappointing experience...
Too bad because the clothes are beautiful but I had the impression of being in an online store without anyone caring about us. What are employees for?

Ma fille est moi sommes allez magasiner aujourd’hui après souper…nous avons eu le meilleur service! Les jeunes filles nous faisaient part des rabais toute en nous conseillent des vêtements… comme papa j’ai beaucoup apprécier qu’elles aident ma fille toute au long de notre visite. Merci l’équipe de Ardene, vous avez rendu ma fille contente!!

The store is beautiful and there are usually nice things, but very bad experience yesterday. I went shopping at 7:50 p.m. and the fitting rooms were closed with some kind of homemade poster. Having worked in a linen store during my studies, I found it appalling to prevent customers from trying. I only took one thing that I was sure he would do, but I had plenty of things to try. I would have liked to at least have been warned when entering the store, I wouldn't have wasted my time shopping for pieces of clothing that I can't even try on. It's a shame to lose sales for this reason.

I went early yesterday evening with my daughter for a graduation dress that she had seen on the company's website. My daughter takes 2 other models and we head to the fitting rooms. 2 young girls employees placed themselves behind a homemade barrier with laundry racks and a sheet in the center on which it was indicated "fitting room closed"! I ask one of the employees if it's because of the time? She tells me no, it's because they don't have enough staff and they have a lot of laundry to fold!! In all my life, had never heard something so stupid!! So much so, what do they ask if it's a ring, if they're serious? and this is serious business!! All the different solutions that crossed my mind to overcome this problem and not punish customers, like; put the laundry you have to fold aside, you will do that in wasted time!!! And that's just one solution among dozens that have crossed my mind!! Everything except punishing customers!! I still can't believe it today, the day after this unpleasant experience, as I write these lines. My daughter and I went out in the middle of the rain to go buy a fississant dress at Ardene, which she couldn't try on or get because the employee put in charge by Ardene saw fit to punish the customers because she poor thing felt overwhelmed. Rain or not, it was the last time we set foot there! There's so much more than just Ardene where you can buy clothes! My daughter and I decided to take pity on Ardene and let them fold their laundry in peace!! We will never bother them again, and we suggest and everyone we know does the same, they have so much laundry to fold poor people, and you have to understand that they are overworked and understaffed!! Good luck prospering with such poor customer service! Is it relevant to specify that it was the Saint-Eustache branch??
