2024-11-02- NULL, POOR service by the manager Ariane. She refused to process my refund for an order made online dating from October 24 despite my 2 proofs by email. The item was packaged and still had the label. This is unacceptable in 2024! It’s over for me Suzy Shier.

I was returning 2 dresses purchased online. It is clearly written on their return policy that you can return it to the warehouse branches and they refused saying that it was not an old enough collection. Big waste of time.

Make sure that the items you buy are the right size because you have to be patient to get a refund.. the manager tells her employees to act as if she doesn't know how to make a refund and tells us to go to another branch or come back another day. All this so as not to affect its sales figures! An illegal and immoral practice! Never again will I spend a single dollar at Suzy Shier and all my friends and members
of my family .

Poor service does not want to make a refund on the pretext that they do not make their stomach and invents bogus excuses... The cashier asks us to go and get a refund in another branch. I will never buy anything from this store again.
