Prescriptions that wait several days in the fax receive pile. Slow service and stupid clerks. I always wait at least 30 minutes, even though I used my "health file" to have my prescriptions prepared in advance and determine the time at which I can come to the pharmacy.

the brown-haired commie woman at the counter of your pharmacy made us wait almost an hour because apparently we hadn't heard our name... and then she practically shouted, telling us that if we don't wait in the waiting room ( very uncomfortable) and that if we don't hear our name she moves on to something else, like chatting with the staff... she even proudly mentioned that a lady waited an hour and thirty minutes because she hadn't heard her name... I'm a veteran and I'm half deaf.. so because I served my country and suffered injuries to defend people like that I'm going to be penalized.. very nice policy.. on my next visit I'm going to bother you at every 30 seconds to make sure you didn't call my name...

I was constantly monitored at your pharmacy when I tried on ankle supports, since you don't have a place to do this, I had to try them sitting on the side of the aisle!! I then realized that I was being watched, I mentioned it and the person left but another one of your Morrons took over!! We're not all thieves...and maybe we should help us instead of harassing us in your Jean Coutu!!
