Wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable and always willing to go the full mile for you!! Purchased 2 beautiful parrots from Lee and his wonderful team. We are so happy!! Our birds are amazing!! Highly recommended!! You can see the love they give to the pets at this establishment. 5 star!!

One of the best customer experience I've had in a very long time. The manager there really does their very best to provide for the needs of their customers. I was desperately looking for a cage spare part that seems to be on the bridge of "discontinued". I'd look everywhere online and couldn't find a single store that ships to Canada. I've been provided with this Centre d'Animaux Nature contact infos and they eventually not only found what I was desperately looking for, but they had it shipped to the closest store to MY location and whilst there, I've been told that the Centre d'Animaux Nature in Montreal had contacted a bunch of stores to get the spare parts for me. I was flabergasted! So Wally, if you are reading this: we love you here!!!! Thanks A BUNCH!

Today I had EXCELLENT service from DEBBIE and KIARA Thank you to both ladies for being so kind and helpful they really put in the extra effort and went out of their way to help me out they understood my situation and did not leave any stone unturned! I truly appreciate these two ladies and wish them the best of luck ! Nature is VERY lucky to have them! If I had my own store I would definitely want these two ladies on my team and treat them super good as they are truly Gold!

This is the coolest pet store, I make a point of visiting it anytime we're in Montreal. They have everything you need for any pet! There are so many different animals, whether it has fur, feathers or scales, they seem to have it. If you love animals, don't miss a visit to this place.
