THE ABSOLUTE WORST retail experience ever!Ask yourself why the cars are so expensive! Ask questions and I’ll bet he won’t “sell” you a car.A real business will answer your questions and address your concerns, not belittle you make themselves feel better.The guy’s a liar and cheat. Opted to have this piece of garbage store my winters but now won’t give them to me because I won’t trade in my car with him. He even threatened to call the police if I show up to pick up MY property.His practises should be illegal. Will be filling charges.

My experience with Junior was Amazing and above all very pleasant, He is such a sweetheart. Great customer service, and selection of cars. Junior is such a hard worker and genuine person, very kind, Helpful and so caring in regards to your needs. I am a single mom with two kids and meeting him was a perfect Example of good people. I bought 2 cars with Auto Sood and have been extremely pleased with selection and service and overall dealing with me.When it came time for my winters tires everything was arranged and went very well. I would recommended this organization.

DON’T DO IT!!Lies, lies, lies. He claims he is doing a good thing and helping you out but in reality he is just screwing you over. See the post by Mark below. It’s 100% accurate.Promises of no car payments for life and a new car every 6 months… yet here we are paying an outrageous amount for a not so great car just a year later. The loan he gets for the car he gives you is far too high, creating negative equity.I sincerely thought he was a good person but I fell for his scam.

I've bought and financed my last 5 cars with Mr. Sood and will no doubt buy my 6th car with them. I drive my cars to really high mileage and have never had any major mechanical issues with any of them. They have an amazing inventory of almost brand new cars and SUVs!!

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible local business. Automobiles Sood is a scam and they will steal your money. Do not buy from here, you will be left in debt. Their business practices should be illegal. Will be filing charges. Do not store your tires at this place, very easy for them to NOT give them back to you, even if you were charged for them. The business model is not sustainable. Please read the reviews on Google, multiple people have the same story.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! READ CAREFULLY!!!Most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake!Auto Sood is a SCAM business with no regard for the customer at all! They used my personal information to increase the car loan without my knowledge. They increased the price of the vehicle purchased after I signed the original contract and forged my signature on another document so it can coincide with that increase. Get everything in writing and do not trust Junior or whatever what he says. He makes you believe that he is doing you favors and is doing what is good for you but it’s really what’s good for his pocket. Do not give them your business, you will lose thousands of dollars!!!!STAY AWAY! There are major hidden fees!Auto Sood is also withholding my winter tires and an extra car key. We were forced to buy new winter tires to keep our family safe on the road.The deal seems doable but in fact it does not work. Your credit score will get affected negatively in the process and you could be stuck with a big loan even after you sell your car.Junior is a delusional person that should not be operating a business. The banks should be made aware of these criminal activities because they are blindly approving these inflated loans.This type of business model does NOT work! Go purchase your car at reputable car dealership.I am saddened to read that others are living similar experiences. Mark and Robert’s reviews encouraged me to speak up and tell my story to warn others. I ask everyone who has been burned by these crooks to speak up and share their experience by putting a review! They cannot keep operating like this.

I’ve always been apprehensive about car dealers that were not associated with specific brands. After being recommended to Auto Sood, I no longer have that apprehensiveness.I was so well treated, I told Junior he should teach lessons in customer service. Every step of the process was well explained and on point. The application process was streamlined by a fantastic website. I love my new Santa Fe and am a new lifelong client.Thanks for everything.

I was very impressed. I was referred by a customer of mine to see Junior at Sood. Junior is not your usual used car dealer. He works very differently to get you what you want staying in your budget. He works by appointment for the best service and time he takes with you. Also, takes care of everything for you. An excellent experience.
