I placed a large order with two different sizes as I wasn’t sure about the fit. I returned the size that wasn’t a fit and forgot one jacket. They refused to allow one return on a very large order because the one jacket was outside the window. New with tags and of course never worn. Customer service wasn’t kind and not timely in responding. In this age of necessary online shopping, this was a disappointing experience for the size order. I will not return.

Have gotten clothing for my mother and my wife. Customer service is extremely helpful. Quality is out of this world. Shipping is fast and reliable. As a bonus, happy to shop at a place that promotes clothing made in Canada. Will shop here again most definitely.

My return was never processed, so I had to involve my credit card company to help get my refund. This is a horrible outfit. My dress was shipped 2 month after I placed the order. When I returned the dress, they would not process the return to give me my menu back.

Definitely they won't send your purchase as they have mentioned on their website. I ordered a jumsuit and they mentioned shippment in 4-7 business day while I have not receieved it yet after 9 business day. As soon as they charge your credit card, then they don't care when you receive your order. Forget about this company.

Best boutique for all that is Frank Lyman and Joseph Ribkoff, I've bought a few items for my mom on this website and she's been super happy with all of them. Shipping was very quick and the customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking into these brands

Great staff working at TYH. Ships product quickly. Even saw I had called, where I did not leave a message, and took the time to call me back to see how I could be assisted. Wow! Now that is customer service.
