I went today to get the same deal that a friend got 2 days ago, but the person was rude and did not want to do business. So i just walked away. Customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this booth in particular. I waited 20 minutes in line and my conversation did not last more than a minute.

Execrable company like Videotron by the way. Not nice at all “being part of the rogers family”. Only looking to make a profit, several billing errors still no return call to remedy the situation. We called 2 times and chatted online 1 time. We've been waiting for this to be resolved for more than two weeks now.Once the discount ends, I change cell companies.Thank you bye bye

I can't believe that I live in Canada because I was robbed during the day and no one is doing anything.Three weeks ago, I came here and got an iPhone 14 phone and two lines from them.The phone was 40 dollars and each line was 35 dollars.In other words, I had to pay 110 dollars plus taxes every month.But after two weeks, I received an email that the balance was $535.I came back here and asked them why I have to pay this amount and they told me that they made a mistake when registering my name and entered the wrong amount into the system and now they cannot cancel it and I have to pay 535 dollars.I've been coming here for two days and calling my customer service but no one is doing anything. These are frauds.Be careful.And don't come here

They are thieves.I got a phone and two lines from them three weeks ago and they told me I have to pay $110 for both of them, but after two weeks I received an email that my balance was $535.When I asked them to explain why they charged me so much, they did not answer me

I am at the present time December 23rd 2021 @ 10:53 AM calling and calling and dialing. No one is picking up the telephone, I am quite certain that they must be busy nevertheless a little initiative by showing some Respect, Pick up the telephone advise the person on the other line that you are not capable of helping them at the present time and maybe ask for their telephone so you may call them back ?? OR IS THIS MAYBE TOO MUCH TO ASK!!! Calling all of Rogers Communications Highly placed managers, I strongly suggest that you give your sales staff a Severe Customer Service course because in the way The store at Rockland shopping center is acting I personally give it a Humongous ZERROOOOO. Apologies for this harsh review But this is a fact I am stating

Went over because I had a phone issue. The manager, Pierre, says he's closing. But it's 5:55 pm and not 7 pm. He says they close at 6 pm. He couldn't care less.
