I went there to get some rolling papers. I asked for 1¼, was sold regular size. When I pointed out the mistake to the employee, he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that's what they were like. I didn't put up a fuss but I was right and they were not the right size. Support your local green store instead of a chain with incompetent employees.

Came at the business’ open hours and found this sign. 30 minutes later no one is here. Not sure how I’m supposed to interact with this business. This has happened twice now.

Last time I go to Prohibition, at least this one. The young woman who served me today, November 21 around 2:40 p.m. has no manners, politeness or patience. I'm not a picky customer at all I only had one or two questions about the new flavor law in effect. She was as stupid as two feet, didn't offer me my receipt and looked at me as if she wanted to jump for my throat.

Hands down one of the best prohibition in Mtl just because of Ryan's impeccable service. He really knows his stuff and if he's uncertain of something, he will go above and beyond to find the answer for you. Not only did he help me with what I was looking for, giving me options and whatnot, but he also gave me life advice that changed everything for me. Compared to other employees, he actually cares about the customer and makes sure we leave the store completely satisfied. I am truly appreciative of him. Thank you, Ryan.
