Incredible service, the best I’ve had at any jewelry shop.
I called in advance to make sure they had my watch in stock and told them I’d be on my way in an hour. When I arrived, they had all the different models set aside for me. They encouraged me to try them all on, with 0 no pressure whatsoever as they varied from 500-1500$.
They gave me all the warranty information, even went as far as to send the serial number of the watch I chose to the company for me. They have my business now.

Totally dissatisfied with the pendant repair service I received. The pendant is in white gold with diamonds, to put one of the stones back they dug deeper than the others so the stone looks smaller and in addition the whole outline of the stone which is in white gold also has been sand so now yellow! Unfortunately I am not satisfied at all recently with their service, I have sent my watch Omega to be replaced the battery then and after waiting for a week they called me to receive the watch and it last only two days and the watch stopped functioning I called the owner MR. Andre who said to my husband to bring back the watch maybe the battery was damaged , and then he sent the watch back to remain more than three weeks there in their store and they said that there is only one worker who is repairing for now as the other one is sick, so we understood the situation and when my husband went there to receive the watch, it last again two more days and stopped back ( I am assuming that they did not even change back the battery) , so my Husband called back the owner and even suggested him to change the battery and that he will buy another two branded watches for me and him , But unfortunately they never return back the call.My husband watch battery is now needs to be changed but he will not go there at all .He decided to buy another two brand new watches from somewhere else.I am sorry the service became terrible there .Another client dissatisfied.
