Question to the manager of this IGA, why is the quick checkout (1 to 6 items) the slowest, why does a single employee manage two checkouts at the same time?
It's really intolerable to spend 10 minutes in hand to pay for a single item.
You see the poor cashier juggling between two cash registers

Hmm management is not the best. Cashiers are good and I say it as someone who was a cashier, so I don't understand the complaints. I mainly bought some kosher meat and dairy for my friends. However, other produce in the isle is crazy expensive. I would recommend completing groceries with other supermarket and deps

Staff are friendly and helpful, they have a Kosher isle, bakery, etc., and it's surrounded by a metro station as well as a tim hortons and many other shops

Boîte de céréales en rabais, la tablette était vide. J'ai demandé au commis si il y en avait en stock, il semblait être le gérant, malheureusement il n'y en avait pas. Il m'a offert 2 boîtes avec moins de grammes qui équivalait un peu plus que la jumbo en spécial au même prix que le rabais. J'ai rarement eu ce genre de service. Chapeau !

Convinient but most expensive grocery store I have seen in town!! The prices are ridiculous and sales are inexistant. Maybe it’s a special store and I am missing something?
