After breaking down on the A-15 while visiting Montreal, my colleague and I were stuck. Let me tell you we lucked out with this shop when we googled the nearest shop to tow my V70R to.I left it there on a Saturday night late and went back to Ottawa having only left them my keys and a voicemail. Monday came and I got a call with a consultation, great communication the entire week regarding informative diag, patience in explaining the problems in detail, and very fair pricing.Such shops in a scenario where people are stuck breaking down out of town have the opportunity to take advantage of people. The team here instead prides themselves on honesty and integrity and I had no doubts or worries leaving my Volvo in their hands for the week. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend.Great job guys!

If I can give a 10 star I would! Had brought my volvo to other mechanics and none could diagnose precisely or let alone fix it. From the receptionist to the owner, they spend time with me on the phone ready and willing to give me possible explanations and solutions for my 33 year old volvo. In person Luciano and his associate took their time to continue with the diagnostics. This was a clear indication that they truly appreciate and care. I therefore put my trust in and left my car with them. Less than a week later I had a complete diagnostics and estimate. They took care of all of it in a few more days and I will never look back. I highly recommend them.

Came in, spent 500$ for oil change, spark plugs and air filter. Left with an A/C that blows hot air and a high pitched noise everytime I hit a bump (AND a bump on my car by them pressing on it, trying to show me it was a shock, which was not.). They say it is bad luck.
