Had a fun, pleasant and ultimately successful shopping experience. The store is spacious, easy to navigate and had lots of mattresses and adjustable bases to try. Leonard was calm and attentive, and answered all our questions without being overbearing. My daughter now has a great Bloom mattress that Leonard even offered to help load into the car.

I visited the Somerled store today to purchase our new mattress. I was served by Isaac, who proved to be an excellent helper. Patient, he knows his products very well. He was able to advise me according to my needs, looking after my best interests. Having visited other branches of this chain, I can say that this is the place where I received the best advice. We'll be going back to Isaac for our next purchases. Thanks Isaac!

This was my first time purchasing a mattress and Leonard Rauch was incredible. I gave a brief and simple explanation of what I wanted then he made me try out a bed. From my response, he knew exactly what I wanted and got me to the right mattress. He knows the products well and is very good with the customers. If you can get him for mattress shoping, take him and let him guide you to the right mattress.

Here is my honest review:
If I could I would give minus 5 star.
I attach the photos of the mattress I bought 2 years ago. After a few months of purchase we noticed the problems. You have a backache or back issues do not get close to this brand.
I reached out to their customer service after a couple of times sending them the photos and measuring everything and asked for the warranty and they responded that there is a stain on the mattress if you could please find the stain. The photos are attached.
They just did this to avoid the warranty.
I bought this to support Canadian manufacturing but this is so disappointing and I will never ever buy anything from this brand. Period

The warranty in this company is a joke. I bought a queen mattress from this company just to support Canadian production.
After just one year it’s got off-balance and we feel metal structure of that. When we wanted to use its warranty, after asking for tons of pictures, they found a hilarious excuse saying there was a stain on the mattress so the warranty was not valid anymore.
I have attached the photos, so you can judge yourself.
