Great! Don’t bother with their Brossard showroom, go to this one instead! Staff are helpful and the showroom feels easier to navigate.

Ciot has an incredible selection of tiles of all kind from marble to porcelaine. Unfortunately, if you are not a contractor the staff won’t even look at you. Very poor customer service and we ended buying elsewhere.

We planned for a higher end kitchen remodel over the last few months. We were gracefully accompanied by Maria Forcillo to help with our project. She guided our process by providing tile options that beautifully matched our cabinet choices. Thereafter she gave us a tour of the newly built warehouse where they have 100s of stone slabs for countertops. After careful review, we selected our stone, but it was with Maria’s help we were able to instruct their team to move multiple slabs in order for us to pick the best 2 slabs for our project. She even went above and beyond with follow-ups and ensuring timing matched our original plan!
Then came time for onsite measurements and installation…. The porcelain tiles from CIOT were high quality and are either manufactured in Italy or USA. Then we had a rep from the countertop team that came to measure our specs before manufacturing countertops and backsplash. Bob was meticulous and provided many golden nuggets of advice which we’re completely satisfied with. Mike helped schedule the installation date despite my constraints and Brandan and his team came for the final step which went off without a hitch! We are beyond grateful to the entire crew that helped us achieve this dream kitchen project! We ll be back for future washroom projects!

I walked into ciot this summer, I was shopping for counters for my new kitchen. Maria took amazing care of me and my wife , we got exactly what we were looking for and we went to a few places before working with Maria. Her follow ups are impeccable and her advice is honest and on point.

My husband and myself have had a five star experience during our last visit at Ciot in Montreal.
For months we were shopping for the perfect tiles to match the style of our recently acquired residence.
We met Christine at Ciot and we were pleasantly surprised with her knowledge and professionalism. Despite the fact that it was the end of her workday, she took the time and explained to us in detail all of our potential options.
We are very satisfied with the products that we purchased, but also with the prompt delivery.
Everyone involved were truly professional and polite.
We highly recommend Ciot for quality products and services.

It is very unfortunate that the quality of the products sold is accompanied by terrible sales service. To make a long story short, I bought some ceramics and water accessories. Delivery dates varied. They were all pointed out to me, and I was very satisfied with them. When the ceramics arrived, I wanted them to be sent to me with the water accessories (apart from the bath, which had not arrived). I was given a price quote for delivery, which I accepted. On the other hand, my representative did not deign to explain to me that the payment to be made over the phone would not be limited to delivery, but would also include a portion of the balance to be paid. The payment did not go through due to my daily transaction limit. It must also be said that all of this follows email exchanges where the representative asks me the same questions, responds very slowly and does not seem to understand what I am responding to in writing. I had to go to the news about the bath: it had arrived for some time, I had not been warned. I accepted the quote for the delivery of the bath. Once again, the transaction did not work even though the balance to be paid was only for delivery (I had to pay in person before the first delivery). I suspect the problem is in the spelling of my name, but I may be wrong. Since then, I have tried to call the representative back to redo the transaction and nothing happens. The installation day with the plumber arrives and even after calling and emailing, nothing is happening. It's really frustrating. I would definitely shop elsewhere if I were you.

Worst service I have had in a slab and tile store. We travel to spend thousands, and we get looked up and down by the representatives. I do not recommend ?

So disappointed, late orders, never received, after 1 month of waiting, we had to cancel and start our shopping all over again. Employees are overwhelmed. Lack of smiles.

After a bit of a rocky start, we were helped out by George Bampos who not only found solutions for us but provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Because of George, we will continue to work with CIOT. I went to the store about a month ago, at first I had a good impression and their staff seemed competent. However I am still waiting for a quote from their sales department despite 3 calls and voice messages left, no one answers or sends me a quote.... Not serious at all....

I wish i had only good things to write but unfortunately i don’t! I bought my ceramic at their sale early April, i was told they would deliver end of April as some ceramic were BO. End of April past and when i look at my bill to phone them i see that the delivery date is May 28th instead of April 28th, small mistake easily fixable… well i called 11 times, no answers on all of them. I left three messages in three different departments, no call back. I had to push the installer date as i don’t have my fully paid ceramic. And i don’t know when i will get it. Can someone call me back and explain what is happening…
