Do not buy bedding from this place! No returns if you have opened the envelope. The staff should tell the customer. Many competitors accept returns like Simons.

Non-existent customer service.
We were supposed to have delivery within 2 days, more than a week later still no news. The order does not exist on their site and it is impossible to get someone on the phone after 2 hours of waiting...
No point in responding with a generic feedback comment if it's not to provide help or make a gesture.

I received the wrong items and the return process is long and complex... You have to wait a long time on the phone before speaking to customer service. No tracking for the return.
We're told it's delivered in two days, but the return can take weeks.

Very bad customer service...we take the trouble to call so that they can bring out the pick-up in advance and they tell us yes. Then, when we got to the pick-up, they didn't do it and when we told them that it was supposed to be out, the boy didn't speak well to us saying that they were busy... I had called the day before...

Love the products, had a mega sale where everything was 20% off. One of the employees was super helpful and told me about the sale.
Cashier, on the other hand, was a bit aloof, and honestly quite bitter.
I'm an English speaker mainly, but can converse very well in French, swapped to French for her as well. I was met with sort of a disdain.

Worst customer service for Bouclair Canada no one answers the phone on the given line, no one responds to email. Really lousy service.

The store looks great but don't be fooled by the high prices. The quality is very low. I was looking forward to buying some of the wooden decor/furniture but after going in person i realized the quality is just horrible, very cheaply made and selling for ridiculous price. I honestly don't know how they can justify their prices for most of their items. You can find much better items at Ikea, Homesense, the Bay.

Ordered curtains that were supposed to be delivered the next day and that's why I took them from them. The next day they send me an email to tell me that I will receive them between 3-5 days. 10 days later still nothing received I would have had to go there to get my order it's nonsense

The service is terrible! There were 2 salespeople and almost no one in the store; one salesperson responded curtly while the other chatted at length with someone she knew while blocking my way and my access following my shopping.

Very bad experience. We went to pick up a table ordered online (at 25% off) having rented a truck. We got a table with a huge hole in the top. They just refunded us and offered a 10% coupon for "compensation" without worrying about the $50 it cost us to rent a package that Bouclair damaged. Like we're ever going to order online again. No tracking, deplorable service and poor quality products.
Not necessarily the store's fault, although they could check the condition of the merchandise received from their branch (the box already had a huge hole when we picked it up but they told us it would be fine).
If I could give 0 stars I would.
