Thé méat doesn’t have a good smoke taste, it’s fresh but they cut the meat in a very thin way and you can’t take advantage of the good taste and quality of the meat, I’m a fan of Schwartz and I think this sandwich doesn’t make anything of competition.

I have been going there for 10 years and have never had an unpleasant experience like yesterday. I had ordered for 100 dollars and I encountered a bad-tempered woman behind the counter who did not give good service, who did not respect my order, and unable to smile.... Then a man arrived, the new owner probably, and started speaking to me in English and in a rude manner. Then he started screaming like crazy because I asked him to speak to me in French. Unable to do so, he could only speak to me in English. He asked me to pay as you give an order, without saying please or being polite... In short, crazy. I left my order there and left

The blood sausage is excellent, I can't wait to go back to buy more, the head cheese too, my husband is of Hungarian origin and he loved it, loves the smoked sausages, there is Hungarian paprika which is not easy to find, those who work on Saturday when we went, very nice and know their products well

Tried this place today for the first time, it was DELICIOUS! Typical place. I had the spicy sausage with choucroute and mustard. Very tasteful. Totally recommend this place.

I already had lunch plans and I was just walking down Saint Laurent to kill some time but it was cold and windy and I needed a place to hide. Thankfully I walked by Boucherie Hongroise and saw a little soup and sandwich counter. Let me tell you, the spicy sausage sandwich with mustard and sauerkraut was so simple and delicious that I haven’t stopped thinking about it for a week. The bread was so soft and that sausage with a nice kick! I will be back the minute I’m in Montreal again.

I had the pork schnitzel with sourkraut. Very good portion and reasonably priced. The lady serving was very friendly.
