The meat is of good quality, but the service leaves something to be desired. I have been to this butcher's shop three times, and each time the staff has difficulty giving me advice, they are expeditious and quickly close the discussion. Each time I went there, there were few customers, however, despite three to four employees on site, I had to wait several minutes before being able to pay, because no one came to serve me. To become a loyal customer in a place, the service as well as the quality of the product must be present, especially if the product costs more than elsewhere. As far as I am concerned, I will not return to this butchery again.

Normally I frequent the local shops! BUT I have my limits!
$88 per kg for a steak, knowing that .346 of fat will end up in the trash, which could have been removed, it's around the steak, ultimately it's $126 per kg, NO, first time - last time
Following your answer: I will rather continue to go to the Boucherie De Tours or to A G A, continue to eat my well-marbled rib-eye steak and where I do not need to ask to remove the excess fat. So NO I will not come back.

I bought the aperitif picnic box and the lamb and beef koftas last Saturday. It was delicious, very beautiful local products. My guests loved it. This was my first time at your butcher shop and I will be a repeat customer. Your staff is courteous and smiling.

9 times out of 10 you will have excellent service. It's a high quality butcher shop, with people who love what they do.
I say 9 times out of 10 because indeed, as mentioned in certain comments. One of their employees is extremely unwilling to perform any task that does not consist of these normal preparations. This person must have completed his training at IGA or Métro but does not seem to understand the logic of a neighborhood butcher's shop.

Great butcher shop, the butchers know what they are talking about and prepare the meat to measure according to the needs of the meal you are preparing. Their Wagyu A5 was simply delicious.

I have always liked the Fleury branch for its decor, its location and its products that are so well presented. I want to buy everything there. But I decided not to set foot there anymore because of the annoying service: aggressive and exasperated employees at the slightest request, that's no. We would be better off in a scrapyard.I will now have all my E&L orders delivered to my door.

Exceptionally good meat, tender, very very tender and tasty (the beef fillet bought at Christmas was unanimous). On the other hand, the only downside is that you have to expect to pay the high price (very high even), perhaps a suggestion to the owners because if the prices were "more affordable", I would go back more often instead of settling for opportunities. Warm welcome (but may vary from day to day).

Very good local butcher's shopThe pieces of meat are of very good qualityThe meat is very fresh - ideal for making tartaresThe service is very good, the employees are very competent and give good advice (how to cook a particular piece of meat, what to eat this evening, etc.) I really appreciated the butcher's advice and my girlfriend was pleasantly surprised by the resultIn addition there are some delicatessen products (beer, sauces, ciders, etc.)I highly recommend this establishment
