Really disappointed with the quality of your shoes. After a week it is already crumbling. Faux leather is super cheap. Disgusting value for money, I would never buy your shoes again.

I waited 20 minutes to get my boots I approached the backstore to talk to an employee and the manager was texting with the other employees and he was fooling around and he smelled like pot and I liked Aldo Mirabel

I called to follow up on my order which I never received. A girl who said she was a team leader insulted me lool so I wanted to cancel the order she refused.

Went here and purchased a few things with my sister. Quite a few people in the store and the employee names Dominique was AMAZING! I don’t i know how he did to take care of all the customers but he managed and did amazing! Not only was fast, but super friendly and funny. He also was super well informed on sales etc! Very good worker!

We went in very eager to buy shoes and a bag, but unfortunately nothing was of interest to us. Prices were not that great. Their hand sanitizer did not smell good at all, I almost vomited. The saleswoman was nice but didn't really talk to us. I would return because they had nice stuff, just a bit expensive for an outlet.

All the employees are just there talking to eachother about their life. We asked them for a purse, the girl typed it on her phone to order it then continued talking to the other employees. After waiting for a while we asked what happened with the purse, she said she ordered it and she doesn't know what happened. Another girl said I'll go look. Another girl said she thinks the demo is the last one. When i said i didnt want the demo so I'll just buy it elsewhere, i received a dirty look from the girl. What kind of customer service is that? Clearly not a welcoming one.

Service lamentable , prix au dela de la valeur du marché , gérante qui ne donne pas vraiment envie , je ne le recommande pas.
