Personnel super courtois a l’ecoute meme un peu trop parfois , mais comme on dit plus cest mieux que pas assez. Les produits sont vraiment bien des vetements de marque commencent a s’y installer, ca vaut le coup d’une visite.

I bought a Vero Moda dress for $65. I washed it before wearing it and there must have been a weakness in the seam because it tore in the wash, never worn yet. I tried to get another one, but there was no other dress of the same color in size small, neither in Mascouche, nor in Repentigny, nor in Boisbriand. So the only option they offer me is a gift card of the same value. I would have preferred a refund since they can't exchange it for me. Now I'm forced to buy other clothes that I don't necessarily need considering the dress was for a special occasion. Very disappointed with the service.

I bought a pair of pants that I washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. It has shrunk by at least 2 inches. I'm going to the store regarding the situation. The lady told me that there was no return and that it had to be washed in cold water. I repeat that I wash everything in cold water and in this case even delicate cycle.
She measures it with another small and in fact there is a good 2 inches less.
She says she can't do anything. Which should be washed in cold water. Which I again repeated that I had done.
So, I return home with pants that I can no longer wear even after washing in cold water on a delicate cycle. L’Aubainerie de Mascouche does not guarantee the products in store.
For $35, a lifelong customer and the confidence I no longer have.
Very bad experience and service.

Nice experience in general. After trying on the clothes I didn't have the right size, a kind employee immediately helped me. Welcoming and smiling cashier. In short, I really liked my experience and I will definitely go back :)
