Had a horrible experience here.I had first gone to Dodge des Sources WHO ONLY PLUGGED IN THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL which came up turbo charger and a misfire.They did not remove the cover over the turbo charger.Because Dodge des sources are so far away I did a google search and found VF Auto which is close to Montreal and decided to get a new turbo charger installed by them as they seemed to specialize in Fiats as well.It took them a week to complete the work (when it would have taken one day at Dodge) and in the mean time,they gave me no heads up on what was happening and turns out they were just leaving my car on the side while they worked on other cars.Overbooking is NOT an excuse!! I had to call them to get any news.Also my car was vandalized while in their care but luckily they replaced my already almost new tires that got slashed in their unprotected parking lot. They told me that my car was running perfectly when I went and got it but the SAME issue that was present as when the turbo charger ($4000 to install a new turbo charger on a 2014 Fiat at VF Auto!!) and misfire diagnosis was done was STILL THERE!! They then told me that they would take my car back but leave it around again until they could work on it.After leaving my car 10 days I got fed up and took it to Dodge Boucherville who told me that damage was done during the installation of the turbo charger (coil casing) and it would cost over $3000 to fix it!! Valente insisted that they did not do the damage and said it was the person who did the diagnostic (this I have in writing) (Dodge des Sources) who did not even take the cover off which would have had to be done to damage the coil casing.VF Auto did change ALL of the coils and did not even tell me that a casing was broken and held together with a tie wrap because Valente did not feel that it was important (his excuse later only after Dodge Boucherville alerted me!!) Even an independant garage with excellent reviews noticed the tie wrap and said it was serious and should be repaired by the person who broke it.I seriouly doubt that I even needed a new turbo charger.
MY CAR ARRIVED BY TOWING BECAUSE YOUR RECEPTIONIST ADVISED ME NOT TO DRIVE EVEN THOUGH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS NOT FLASHING!! THE ONE AND ONLY ISSUE FOR WHICH I WAS CONCERNED BY NOT DRIVING AND THE ONLY REASON WHY I WENT TO YOUR GARAGE WAS NOT CORRECTED BY INSTALLING A NEW TURBO CHARGER THUS THE REASON WHY I LEFT MY CAR WITH YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL TEN DAYS +$800 SO IT WAS NOT THE TURBO CHARGER!! THE ISSUE WAS NOT CORRECTED AT YOUR GARAGE AND WAS STILL PRESENT AS I DROVE HOME AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL COMING ON!!!!! DOES YOUR BS EVER END????????

The worst bad experience in Quebec is buying a vehicle from this vf auto group in fact I was taken advantage of as a newcomer by offering me a Ford focus at 7200 tax included plus I paid a vehicle warranty a duration of 2 years something that I believed to have been protected, believe me the car I drove it only 10 minutes before it left me broken down I left to reimburse myself I was made to believe that they would I changed the brand new part which cost $2000..in short after two weeks I got the car back I drove it for barely 9000km it broke down again on the same part which was supposedly changed new...I left the see they tell me that I have to pay for the repair for a new part at 2000$ I tried to speak with them nothing happened they took advantage of me again offering me to buy the vehicle at 2200!!!! ! I decide to file a complaint with the consumer service authorities, here I am going far with this matter it is not the money that makes me male but the way you treated me I felt betrayed I will share this everywhere Facebook I will even make a video with guaranteed invoice proof so that people know it is my right.
Quebec deserves a better face.

I went there and test drove a vehicle the service and cars there are very good . Unfortunately it did not work out for me to purchase a vehicle from my side and no fault of there’s . I appreciate their time and help. I do recommend this place to everyone

Best mechanic in the south shore of Montreal. Knowledgeable staff, honesty and transparency about pricing and work that needs to be done. Comfortable waiting room, with a tv, free wifi and complementary coffee.
Extra points for being able to serve customers, in French, English and Portuguese.

I was at this place for the first time on January 12, 2023 for a recurring problem on my SUV that I had since 2019. It did not always start, sometimes it took 20 to 30 minutes for it to start. I been to the dealership in 2020. He found the problem, and after a hefty bill he said he didn't find any problem and as it always ends up starting I keep it like that. In 2022 I'm having the alternator changed, it doesn't change anything. In 2023 I'm going to a very well-known electric car, he does tests (3) and finds nothing abnormal. I'm still looking for a garage that will find the problem. I'M GOING TOVF AUTO AND MIRACLE HE FINDS THE PROBLEM AND THE BILL COMES TO A LARGE $139.59.After spending $900 on incompetent people.THANK YOU TO VF AUTO FOR YOUR SKILLS.

Best garage in town! Courteous, inviting and professional service every time! I have been a customer for 4 years and have only good experiences. Recently I had my bumper repaired. The price was reasonable, and despite unforeseen events, we maintained the initial price estimate, with no overruns. We offered used parts from the start, and worked with a painting subcontractor who did an excellent job. I always feel confident in them because they take the time to explain to me and always without judgment!I definitely recommend it :)

Unparalleled customer service and professionalism, and prices that are very reasonable!!! Our battery died at the start of the pandemic and we were lucky to get a boost from our insurance company quickly, we called the garage back to say we were on our way but Jonathan already had his coat on back to face the cold and ready to bring us a new battery home :)

I have been going to VF Auto since its creation and before that to CRAN Mécanique (belonged to one of the two owners) for a very long time and I have always been satisfied, best service and reasonable price.
