Unable to respond to your comment, here is my response! I have been a customer for 3 years at Atelier Mechanique Beauchamp (whether the account is in my name or not is not really important) Always been very satisfied with the garage until recently. The receptionist (Kim) when I call for information she sometimes uses an unpleasant tone. I can understand that certain questions may perhaps seem stupid or insignificant to you, but being answered in a condescending tone (and even being laughed at) as a customer experience leaves you wanting. Concerned about the condition of the cars, the team takes the time to detail the repairs that need to be done in order of priority and explains preventative maintenance according to the manufacturer. The information and advice that we can receive from the technicians during our appointments is enriching! Allows everyone to know certain issues that we do not have the chance to have explained when purchasing a vehicle. Gives the correct information and explains in detail the work that is or will be necessary. This allows you to budget instead of facing monetary surprises when you don't expect them.

What service! Kim at reception who has a beautiful smile and Sébastien who takes the time to explain to us what the problem is with our car. I loved my first experience and I just adopted my mechanic!!

For all the repairs on my car, I had to go back EVERY TIME. Poorly done !! It's okay just for simple matters, like oil change, alignment. For the rest...?I was a customer with you for a year after Serge sold. Then, after coming back for a job that was poorly done, I got discouraged! Something that never happened with Serge (to come back for the same job) My new mechanic is still repairing your bad job on my car. !!
