Personally, I like this Walmart because I always find what I need. It is clean and well organized. The pickup service is good and fast, and most of the time they have what we order online. I recommend it.

Was very hard to find table salt and in the end, I bought the wrong thing.
Lots of customers who don't speak english or french, just stop in the middle of the aisle blocking the way to have a family meeting when people are trying to go through.
It takes more time to pay then to get the stuff you want to buy even if I have to walk all the way across the store to buy soap.
When it was finally my turn at the cash, the girl never said Hi or made eye contact. I said Hi, she never responded, too busy looking at her phone. Didn't stop her from doing her job "properly". The guy at the door didn't bother me.

The staff really had a lot of patience because even when my card had problems... I had to call the coast... sort it out and pay without any worries... with the lady with a smile on her face reassuring me that everything is correct..thank you to your service and staff at the height

If you are soooooo interested in finding out if I have a bill to show that I paid for my groceries rather than stopping the ten others who passed before me, go ask the cashier you saw me paying my bill at. I hope you learn some people skills or find your way out

Attn Walmart manager. My family has been shopping at Walmart for many years. We have been very understanding during the times where the line ups at the counter were long because many do not want to do the job of a cashier at self check out and not being paid to work as an employee. We have also been very understanding the times where people in front of us were taking too long when doing their purchase, or the tech issues that happened a few times which caused a lot of delays but we didn't say anything because we are considerate and things can occur. But this weekend, I was having trouble finding my credit card and thought I left it in my other jacket, so asked one of my family members who then took maybe about a minute to find the right one to use and the young lady cashier was so rude. She gives me this nasty look and tells me "Madame people are waiting in the line you know." I have worked in customer service and am the first one to never keep people waiting. So for someone who is very considerate of others, I was appalled at her audacity to speak to me as if I was a 2 nd class citizen. Especially when it was no more than a minute to find credit card. If I was the CEO of Walmart I would make sure that employees that work for the company understand that customers are to be treated with respect and when customers can have patience with cashiers and other customers, they should be provided the same courtesy, otherwise such customer service people should go work elsewhere. Walmart manager, I hope you will do better.

Canadian citizens need to pay their bills even if they're trying to work for Walmart's pathetic wages. You dont have to be a scientist to stock shelves to work for walmart for god sake. Looks for any excuse to discriminate based off any arbitrary dislike from hiring manager's personal bias. Wont shop there again
