I just walked out the store for all the wrong reasons:
- No smile
- No greeting
- No "how can I help you"
I proceeded to grab a shoe model that caught my eye, and held it in my hand waiting for an attendant to serve me, since they were so oblivious of my existence I walked forward towards the counter and nicely asked for a size, she went to verify to tell me theres none left without offering to check for stock elsewhere. I thought shoestore tellers walked back and forth being proactive asking people what they need, second SoftMoc with herendous service. Why is it that high end chains that sell high end brands offer very low end service?
Kind of explains the terrible rating.

Worst customer service ever received! Don’t even bother calling their customer service they won’t help you at all.

Oof, terrible service. No greetings, no attention, every employee just standing there looking pissed, waiting to be asked something and basically hiding in the back. Doesn't check the foot size, just asks a kid what size she wears. Brings the pair, no box and then no follow up if it fits (it didn't). This is an actual store, not online shopping, I get that Soft Moc isn't a high end store but come on, show more care. That's the review.

Today Aug 8, 2024 at 5:30 I went in to make a return. I went to the cash with a smile and said hi to a girl with long braids, she looked at me and walked away. Another girl handled my refund after. Then when I wanted to try a pair of shoes, there was no one to be found to serve me. When I saw that same girl with the braids, I asked if I can try a pair of my size, again she walked away from me. I can only guess maybe she is racist. I was watching her and saw her smile at other customers. I will never shop her again. She needs to be fired.

I WENT WEDNESDAY MARCH 27, 2024 AROUND 6 P.M., THERE WERE 2 ADVISORS WHO DID NOT ADVISE! THEY WERE HIDDEN IN THE BACK STORE ALL THE TIME. THEN I WANTED TO ORDER 2 PAIRS OF SHOES AND THEY ASKED ME TO PAY WITH 1 MEANS OF PAYMENT WHEN BEFORE YOU MOVED THERE WAS SERVICE AND WE HAD 3 METHODS OF PAYMENT!!! I WENT TO BROWN’S! SHOP TO AVOID!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
