Terrible checkout service from a gentleman I was seeing for the first time… Well, this is the first time I have experienced this in my entire life in a store. I just can't get over having the cashier talk to me like that for no reason.... And my employee heard everything through my headphones!! She wondered what was happening and if something happened to me!! It was free and this is an unacceptable situation.
It's easy to do this when you feel superior to a woman when you don't expect her to respond to you!
This is unacceptable behavior and one that I hope the head office will not allow to pass.

Although this branch is a little small, there is a nice range of products. The staff is friendly and competent.

Moneris payment systems went down on Christmas Eve.... I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told that the system is not working!!!! Heyyy well done!!!!!And if not I have nothing to say you have the monopoly @##@#^%€

Employee at the cash register who doesn't care about the customers! No hello, she doesn't even ask you how I'm going to pay, nor goodbye!! They look like ghosts!! Or she just doesn't like minorities!!!

There is a lady working there who provides very poor customer service. Mainly with a younger clientele. You are in your twenties, thirties be careful, risk of harassment. This lady may follow you around the store in addition to having a condescending attitude towards you. She's really ridiculous. Always the same with her. The others, I have nothing to say, they are correct.

My friends and I were discriminated against last night. In total, we were only 4 customers. As soon as we entered the branch, an employee quickly asked us if we needed help. We tell him no. A few minutes later, this same employee speaks to us again (ONLY) to inform us that all three of us will have to prove that we are of legal age to purchase alcohol. Once at the checkouts, I put my bottle down, the employee didn't "scan" my item, as long as I didn't show her an ID card. She takes all her time to validate everything. I mean...my date of birth starts with 198*, it's obvious that I'm over 18!?!? Anyway! One of my friends asks her if she often ignores people, she quickly answers: yes yes. We knew full well that this was far from the case. Worst customer service I have experienced in an SAQ. I definitely won't go back. Total lack of citizenship.

The first time she was handling the cash register when I went there, I thought this employee was having a bad day, so I pretty much ignored her unpleasant, "annoyed" tone and the fact that she asked the person who accompanied me to leave even though they weren't buying anything. But in fact it's every time I meet her at the checkout that this employee shows me how much she seems to hate her job, her life, and having to serve customers. It's a shame because my experiences with other employees have always been very good. So, when I have the opportunity, I shop for my wines elsewhere.
