I love this store... There's always new stuff on the market and they are the first to have it available. I purchase a great deal through them both online or directly in store. There is definitely more availablility via the website but this is a very large floor area, entirely dedicated to helping you build your next computer or upgrade something (even if you don't have to... Know what I mean, nudge nudge wink, wink).
Seriously, the people are extremely knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure to say hi to Connie who has been there for many many years. I hope you will find what you are looking for and enjoy your time there, as much as I have.

I recently visited Canada Computers in Laval, and I want to commend the hardworking and professional staff, particularly Raul, who had the unfortunate task of dealing with a rather unreasonable and pretentious customer during my visit.
While I was there, I witnessed an interaction that made it clear just how entitled some customers can be. This individual demanded that Raul open up a brand new laptop and two new monitors just so they could "test" them out. For anyone who understands how retail works, it's common sense that stores cannot open new products without a purchase – it's a basic policy to ensure all customers receive items in pristine condition. Raul politely explained this policy, but the customer wasn't having it and continued to be stubborn and unpleasant, showing no respect for Raul or the store's policies.
Despite this, Rahul remained calm and professional, even when the client demanded to see the manager, who was on a well-deserved break. The store was busy, and the employees were doing their best to assist everyone, but this particular customer seemed to believe they deserved special treatment.
If anything, the customer got better treatment than they deserved. Their demands were unrealistic, and their attitude was uncalled for. I hope they take a long look in the mirror and realize that respect is a two-way street. Canada Computers and their staff deserve better than this kind of behavior, and I will continue to support this store for its excellent service, despite the challenges they face from entitled individuals.
Keep up the great work, Canada Computers team – not all of us are as unreasonable as that customer!

My experience at the Canada Computers store located in Laval was extremely disappointing due to the poor service and derogatory attitude of the employee of Indian origin named Raul. Despite the store being empty, Raul was rude and unwilling to help. Despite having done my prior research, having doubts about two computer options, Raul showed no interest in resolving my concerns and refused to show me the computers in question. When I asked to speak to the manager, his mocking and disinterested response was that I would have to wait an hour for manager Coni to return from her break.
Raul's lack of professionalism and derogatory attitude made me feel completely devalued as a customer. His lack of willingness to sell and uncollaborative attitude are unacceptable in a customer service environment. I do not need to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, and I definitely do not intend to return to Canada Computers due to the poor service I experienced.
I hope this feedback will help management take action and improve the quality of customer service in the store. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism, and unfortunately my experience with Raul was quite the opposite.

Customer service is terrible. The staff is really pitiful, especially the guy at the repair counter. He clearly doesn't want to be there. He served me with a terrible attitude like I was stupid. He barely opens his mouth when he speaks, you can't hear anything. After seeing the service and the reviews, I regret having dropped my computer off there to have it repaired, I hope to find it in good condition.

Sellers sitting with their phones. [Sunday August 11 | 2:55 p.m./3 p.m.]. I arrive at the checkout with my CAT-6s. The guy gets up very slowly [tall guy with big nose and blue-gray eyes] drags his feet and gets to the checkout. No reception. No smile. No communication. Scan the products and put them aside. An effing robot! People like that should never work in Customer Service in retail, but work at a computer in a closed office (!!!).
Where is the management of this store???
