Leroy welcomed us and helped us with the birthday gift for our son. I had spoken to him on the phone prior to meeting him and was very pleased with his know how and customer care !!! Thank you Leroy !It’s always a pleasure to be served with a smile !!!

Originally my review was about not having the greatest service with a product that was purchased. I got in contact with the manager and was very acknowledging and respectful. I am extremely satisfied and very surprised by how fast we got service and be able to fix the issues we were having. Thank you Mont Blanc and to Leroy and Mahfoud, excellent service.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the store has a good variety of products. I enjoyed my past experiences shopping there and do recommend paying them a visit when looking to buy a MontBlanc.

Big shout out to Leroy for helping me get my order early! We bought a gift for a convocation party and it was scheduled to come after the big date. Leroy did some magic and it arrived much sooner than expected. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!!!!
