I went there to buy boots on a Saturday afternoon. I was looking for warm black ankle boots for walking outside in the winter. I asked for a first black model but they didn't have my size. I asked the clerk if he had other models similar to it. He didn't show me what he had, I felt like I was disturbing him. He seemed more interested in helping an elderly lady and her daughter. When I asked him what black ankle boots he had in stock, he told me that he didn't have the computerized inventory that he would have to go back and look at... I asked for a last model and he told me that these boots were handmade in Quebec and that he could not order them because they took several weeks to deliver. I felt like he was judging that I couldn't afford their boots. I left and bought my boots from Amazon.
