Today I went to request a refund for a coat because the size is too big for my son. The cashier Jean Sébastien tells us that we will have money refunded to the card in just 2 weeks. We don't understand why 2 weeks and we don't understand why he doesn't ask us for the card numbers, because it's on 3 different cards. He answers us in an unprofessional way: FOR THE 5th TIME, I repeat….I didn't even ask him 5 times! He refuses to give me his name, he says it's private... I found his name on the invoice. The store should not keep a rude employee like Jean Sébastien. I am traumatized.

Purchased a jacket in June and just started wearing it this month . I realized it’s torn a bit on the sleeve and don’t know how or where I damaged it . Caroline and Melissa didn’t even hesitate to replace the jacket, also informing me about a lifetime warranty on the stitching . Wow great service for a great product . Thank you
