I have been shopping at L'intervalle for years now and I have to say I love the shoes, they are great quality and I love the fact that they are not made in China and for the most part leather! I recently had to place an order on heels that I needed for a wedding that was coming up and Sina really offered great service. She took the time to help me find a pair of shoes that I like and placed an order for me because they only had one pair in store of what I wanted and they were slightly defective, she had told me I'd receive them on time. After a little over a week I called the store to check if my order had been delivered in store because the wedding was approaching and still had no news. Unfortunately, Sina was not working that day and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I believe her name was Jessica, I tried to explain the situation and mention that Sina had ordered the shoes for me and that I needed them for a wedding. The clerk on the phone basically told me "tough", there's no way you will get them by the day you need them as we won't receive your order by then. I tried to explain to her what Sina had told me but she wouldn't even listen to me. Long story short, she tried so desperately to get me off the phone, practically hanging up on my face "OK BYE MADAME!" . Horrible service from Jessica, I have never felt so disrespected in retail like the way she made me feel. I tried asking for a manager and she would just say "APPEL DEBUT DE SEMAINE! OK BYE!". When I was talking to her she wouldn't even listen to my complains or concerns. Sina ended up calling me back a day later and asked for my side of the story and see what had happened. She let me speak with the manager. Sina was apologetic and kind. She even went as far as going to pick up my order herself from another store to help me out because of the order issue I had! I have to say, retail needs more people like Sina. She listens to the customer's, is helpful and kind. A smile goes a long way. Thank you Sina for rectifying my horrible experience with that other clerk.

Not my first time buying shoes from L’Intervalle CFL and sure not the last. Each time a new experience, the personnel are very welcoming and friendly, always helping with my needs, the shoes are so comfortable and high quality. Shout out to Mariette the manager there she’s really A++. Thank you ?

Very disappointed in the customer service offered by Intervalle. Both in store and online. You rarely get a warm welcome when shopping in store.
I ordered a pair of shoes on April 21st- my size was not available in store. I ordered these shoes for an event that I had on May 4th. The store associate told me that I should be receiving my order the week of April 29th.
Not only did I not receive my order on time (and have still not received it) no one from the store contacted me to advise that there was a delay in the delivery of my order. I called the store 3 times to follow up on my order; every time I called, it seemed like I was bothering the person that answered the phone. There was no explanation or apology for the delay of my order.
Since I did not get my order on time. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. I was told that I cannot receive a refund since the item was on sale. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t informed that the shoes were final sale.
I reached out to the customer service line and was essentially told that their return policy is very clear online and that if I do not agree with the policy, “then you are not obliged to proceed with this purchase”. Would be nice if they mentioned this for in store purchases as well.
Needless to say. I will not be recommending Intervalle to any of my friends and family.

I really dislike this store, the staff, the return policy, the customer service, I can't say enough bad things and it's not just this store, it's l'intervalle as a whole. Their quality has really gone down, really disappointing.

The Sales girl Adriana was SUPER sweet and helpful ! Made sure I was comfortable in everything I tried on , took the time to help me find the perfect shoe. Will definitely be returning , if anyone has the opportunity of being served by her be very thankful !!
