Where do I start ..?I discovered this little (not so little anymore) shop about 10 years ago and I've been supporting them eversince.I buy all my Ugg boots from there eventhough, I can get them from pretty much anywhere else (everyone sells uggs). Why ? Because of their service. Top Notch. Just the way they make you feel as a client. Appreciated and valued. Something, I can guarantee you will not find at The Bay or any of those types of stores.I don't care who's having what sale, I will always support Boutique du Cordonnier who, for a smaller store (compared to Browns, Simons, The Bay), has more than reasonable prices.I ordered a pair of boots last week and they had a little note on my package (handwritten) thanking me and my name. Like, who does that ?!??! It's little gestures such as these that make ALL the difference!! And the owner is sooooo nice.Wishing this business many more years of success. :)

Possibly the best shoe store I've ever bought from. Family run and operated. They have all everything you could think of; from sandals to work boots. They also have various tool belts and accessories. It's worth going out of your way for.

I've always had good service usually to buy but on the repair side I had bad service, I had a complete zipper replaced on a winter coat and it did not last the whole winter I have spend half the winter with a coat not attached (work coat) I went there to have it looked at, an employee greeted me I explained the situation to her she left with my coat without telling me anything, I said to myself, he repaired it because the zipper had a fault...after 10 minutes another employee, the one who did the repairs, came back to give it to me and didn't say it was $13, I explained to him again the fact that I had had the zipper changed ...ect and he says I can leave it to you for $10, I paid the $10 he didn't seem to want to accommodate. The problem is not that he made me pay but more that no one told me beforehand how much it was going to cost and that there was no guarantee of their work done in the past few months before... I got out of there a little shocking how it went and also after I told them about it on facebook and got no response. I always bought my work boots there, now I'm going elsewhere I'm really disappointed with how it went...
